Recently I was asked about if I was doing more of these flour sack ones. I replied with yes because they're my fall back. Well that's partly true, the other reason is that making inanimate objects living is good practice (eg: distributing weight).
It's not as complete as my other sack animations, but the focus on this was timing. After my Percy v Ares animation I realized I need a lot more practice in timing, so this has the whole lot. Proper keyframes, inbetweens, easying in and out, even a little bit of build up (though very minor).
